TRIL believes that until changes are made in the entire value chain, sustainability cannot be achieved. This starts by ensuring safety of our product’s entire lifecycle right from contractor training to worker safety and from tenant grievance redressal to getting certifications.
TRIL commits to exploring innovative ways to imbibe sustainability in the way we construct our buildings. Designing green buildings is how we plan to take climate action. Over time, this will not only lead to judicious use of natural resources but will also ensure fewer emissions.
TRIL recognizes the direct and indirect impacts of its business operations on environment and the responsibility to protect, preserve and coexist with flora and fauna. We will also ensure better management of construction and demolition waste to eventually reach a stage where no waste goes to landfill.
